The city allowed the opening of a commercial route between Africa and Europe. The Medina, surrounded by a Vauban-style wall, is listed on a UNESCO heritage site since 2009. The place has kept its original character with its colourful quarters, including the one of the marquetry where you will find craftsmen working with cedar root. You will learn about its culture heritage by visiting the Jewish quarter, exploring the souk and finishing by arriving at the port where you can buy and taste fresh fish and enjoy the uniqueatmosphere of the place. An unforgettable walk on the beach will close the visit to this unique city.
